For years, I believed health was mostly about restricting calories, doing cardio, and trying to stay skinny.
What I eventually learned was that real transformation comes from consistency, not perfection.
Like many women, I balanced work, family, responsibilities, and the feeling that there was never enough time for myself. Then one day, I found myself walking through a separation.
During that time, exercise became much more than a way to stay physically healthy. It became the place where I found clarity, strength, and peace. Every workout reminded me that even when life felt out of my control, I could still choose to show up for myself. Little by little, those small choices helped rebuild not only my body, but also my confidence.
They gave me the resilience to navigate one of the hardest seasons of my life and, eventually, helped me rebuild my marriage.
Today, my husband, our three boys, and my family are my greatest joy and my forever "why." They remind me every day why taking care of my health matters. I want to have the strength and energy to keep showing up for the people I love, to be present for life's adventures, and to create memories with my family for many years to come.
That experience changed the way I think about health forever. I realized that strength isn't just about muscles or how much weight you can lift. It's about building resilience, confidence, and believing in yourself again.
That's why I created Your Strength Within. I want to help women discover that it's never too late to become stronger, healthier, and more confident. When we choose to invest in ourselves, we don't just change our own lives. We become stronger for the people we love, too.
One small step at a time.
