5-Minute Protein Bites

The snack that lives in my fridge. Five minutes, one bowl, no oven — and a real answer to the 3pm slump that isn't a granola bar pretending to be food.

No-bake protein bites made with oats, peanut butter and dark chocolate on a ceramic plate

~6g / bite

Directions

  1. 01

    Mix

Stir oats, protein powder and salt together, then add peanut butter, honey and vanilla. Mix until the dough holds together when you press it.

  2. 02

    Adjust

Too dry? Add milk a tablespoon at a time. Too sticky? A little more oats. It should feel like soft cookie dough.

  3. 03

    Fold and roll

Fold in the chocolate chips, then roll into 16 bites, about a tablespoon each.

  4. 04

    Chill

Chill 20 minutes to firm up. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months.
