All content, coaching, programs, workouts, recipes, nutrition suggestions, supplement discussions, and communications are general in nature and provided for educational and informational purposes.

They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or individualized nutrition prescription and should not be relied upon as such.

Existing memberships will be provided with reasonable notice of a price change where required.

If you purchase a membership or subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the billing cycle presented at checkout.

Memberships continue until cancelled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of access.

Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, and related terms are described in the Susan Diahann Wellness Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Programs may be delivered through platforms such as Everfit, email, downloadable files, or our website.

Access is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only and may be time-limited depending on the product purchased.

All content created by Susan Diahann Wellness, including written material, programs, workouts, videos, images, branding, graphics, recipes, journals, worksheets, and website content, is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual-property rights.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or publicly share our materials
• Share login credentials or program access with others
• Use our content to create competing products or services
• Remove copyright or branding information

Limited personal use is permitted for the purpose for which the material was purchased.

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten Susan Diahann Wellness or other participants
• Post harmful, defamatory, or infringing content in any community space we provide

You agree to release Susan Diahann Wellness and its owner, contractors, and representatives from claims arising from participation, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Susan Diahann Wellness will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Susan Diahann Wellness for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify Susan Diahann Wellness against claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of our services, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
